Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large pot, combine unsweetened plant-based milk, arrowroot powder, vanilla extract, stick cinnamon, and ground turmeric. Stir well and bring to a gentle boil over medium-low heat for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Once boiled, reduce the heat and let the broth simmer uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes. After simmering, transfer the pot to an ice water bath to cool completely.
  3. After the broth has cooled, carefully remove the stick cinnamon. Fold in the vibrant mix of fruits and gently stir into the creamy broth.
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the fruit soup for 1 to 2 hours to enhance flavor.
  5. Before serving, slice the banana into ½-inch pieces and add to the mixture along with a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
