- In a mixing bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is creamy.
- Gently drizzle in the caramel sauce, taking care not to overmix. Use a spatula or spoon to create beautiful swirls throughout the oat mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into a mason jar or an airtight container. Seal it tightly, then place it in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- In the morning, take the jar out of the refrigerator and give the oats a gentle stir. Top with an extra drizzle of caramel, a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, and your choice of fruit or nuts.
