Preparation
  1. Finely chop the onion and fresh parsley, and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into elongated, oval patties aiming for 10 to 12 kofta.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat, brushing with olive oil.
  5. Grill kofta for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Mix plain yogurt with lemon juice, salt, and minced garlic to create the garlic yogurt sauce.
  7. Serve kofta immediately with garlic yogurt sauce on the side.
