Preparation
- Finely chop the onion and fresh parsley, and mince the garlic.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper.
- Shape the mixture into elongated, oval patties aiming for 10 to 12 kofta.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat, brushing with olive oil.
- Grill kofta for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Mix plain yogurt with lemon juice, salt, and minced garlic to create the garlic yogurt sauce.
- Serve kofta immediately with garlic yogurt sauce on the side.
