- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, melted butter, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Place the cleaned mussels on a baking sheet, open side up.
- Spoon the breadcrumb mixture generously onto each mussel.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
