For the Whipped Topping
  • 1 cup Cashews or silken tofu to avoid nuts
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Ashwagandha Powder optional, adds wellness value
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt omit if reducing sodium
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract for flavor
For Garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon Beetroot Powder for a spooky ‘blood’ effect

Method
 

Smoothie Preparation
  1. Blend banana, coconut milk, spinach, dates, and beetroot powder until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl or jar and chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Whipped Cream Preparation
  1. Soak cashews for at least 4 hours, then drain and blend with water until smooth.
  2. Add beetroot powder, salt, vanilla extract, and ashwagandha powder; blend until thick.
  3. Refrigerate whipped cream for 15-20 minutes to set.
Assembling the Drink
  1. Pour chilled smoothie into glasses, drizzle with beetroot powder mixture, and pipe whipped cream on top.
