Smoothie Preparation
- Begin by peeling a ripe banana and gathering your blender. Add the banana, spinach, almond milk, and ice. Optionally, include beetroot powder. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
 - Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
 
Whipped Cream Preparation
- While the smoothie chills, drain and rinse the soaked cashews. Add to the blender with water and blend until smooth (2-3 minutes).
 - Mix in beetroot powder, salt, vanilla extract, and optional ashwagandha powder. Blend again for 30 seconds.
 - Transfer the whipped cream into a bowl and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
 
Assembly
- Once the smoothie is chilled, pour it into glasses or jars. Drizzle a mixture of beetroot powder with water on top for a 'bloody' effect.
 - Pipe the creamy whipped topping onto each frappuccino, creating brain-like peaks.
 - Serve immediately with festive garnishes like gummy worms or spooky cookies.
